F-3000® Multi-Material Wall Mounted Mat Cutter


The Fletcher 3000 cutter is quality built from sturdy anodized aluminum to perform accurately and profitably for a long time. With the New Fletcher 3000 Three position cutting turret you can switch from cutting matboard to plastic to glass with a quick turn. The unique cutting turret includes a Fletcher M-3000 super keen cutting blade for cutting matboard, cardboard, or foamboard up to 1/4" thick. A Fletcher SU steel wheel cutting unit for scoring single and double strength glass - and thicker glass up to 1/4?. A Fletcher APB-12 scoring tip for scoring plastics and acrylics up to 1/4" thick. The 3000 is the only machine with a breaker system for plastic. By pressing the breakout lever, twin rollers project to apply pressure to each side of the score producing a clean break. Large diameter polished steel tubes and virtually friction-free composite sleeve bearings allow the head assembly to ride with ease and accuracy - making scoring and cutting easier.

turret cut

The unique turret can be rotated quickly to switch from cutting glass to mat to plastic. The assembly is spring loaded to apply the correct pressure to each of the three cutting tools. Turret can be easily removed for simple replacement of a worn cutting blade or wheel.

The handiest way of cutting materials to the same dimensions is to use our optional measuring stops (two recommended for production cutting).
