Who are we
Reuel's was founded in 1932 under the name Photo Blue. The original business consisted of blue printing, photography and architectural and engineering supplies. Our web site has been providing quality art supplies to customers world wide since 1993. Shipping
Our web site, www.reuels.com originated in 1993 and has grown steadily. We ship all over the United States and overseas - Finland to Brasil to Australia. Due to the broad range of product sizes and weights, the shipping charges shown on the order pad are estimates and we advise by email if charges are greater than estimated.
Inventory
We stock over 95% of the 34,000+ products on our web site and ship within 2 days or less. The order pad will indicate if we do not have enough merchandise in stock to fill your order.
Email lists
We have 8 mailing lists with different emphasis. (e.g. - Art Supplies, Airbrushes, Drafting, Framing, Graphics, Paint by Number, Pens & Pencils, Screen Printing, etc)We use these mailing lists internally and do not sell your information to any third parties. Protecting your privacy is important to us.

Returns
Books are not returnable.
All returns must be pre-authorized via email request to
info@reuels.com
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to supplier error.
All returned product must be in new, unused, resaleable
condition and may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
